EVENING OF HONORS

The foundation is now seeking nominations for the annual Evening of Honors banquet to be held Thursday, March 31, 2022. The Evening of Honors recognizes the significant community contributions of individuals, organizations, and businesses in Salem. Award categories include Public Servant, Educator, Civic Achievement, Businessman, Boss of the Year, Civic Organization, Humanitarian, and Lifetime Achievement.

One of the main reasons Greater Salem Area Foundation was founded in 2007 was to compensate for the Greater Salem Area's struggles with making ends meet. While the Foundation may not be able to serve each need in our community, we have a list of many community resources to help in times of need.
